Rotating Bulletin: Rotating delivers high frequency at each location. Reach builds as the
bulletin is moved to different locations. Provides continuity of an advertising message
throughout the year. Sustains name and image awareness.

Permanent Bulletin: Delivers high frequency. Builds reach over an extended period of time.
Assures dominance in selected areas.

Extensions: Extensions break the boundary of a bulletin's standard rectangular dimensions
and improve viewer attention. They can extend five feet on the top, two feet on the sides and
one foot off the bottom. Some locations have unique extension requirements. Consult with
your account executive before producing artwork.

Distribution: Positioned on highly visible, heavy traffic locations such as
expressways, primary arteries, and major intersections.

Contract Terms: Billboard ad space is purchased 12 months or longer. Shorter term programs
and rates are negotiable. Ad postings are on the 1st and 15th of every month, except
holidays.
